It also includes a written AI market analysis covering market competition, seasonality, pricing power, and value of excellence.

Paste in a link to any Airbnb listing, and Competitor Lens pulls its performance data - ratings, Superhost status, occupancy, rate, and revenue - so you can see how a specific competitor is actually doing.

What is the Revenue Calculator, and how is it different from Market Analysis?

The Revenue Calculator is a FREE self-serve projection tool: you enter your own assumptions (nightly rate, occupancy, expenses, etc., researched however you like), and it does the math for you. Unlike Market Analysis and Competitor Lens, it runs entirely in your browser - nothing you enter is sent to or stored by Airquerai, and it doesn't pull from our market data provider.

How accurate is the data and the AI summary?

Accepted Answer

Data and AI-generated summaries are meant to inform your research, not replace it. Occupancy, rate, and revenue figures reflect third-party aggregated data and can lag or differ from real-time platform listings. AI summaries are generated from the underlying market statistics and can occasionally be incomplete or imprecise. Nothing on Airquerai is financial, investment, or real estate advice - always verify important figures independently before making a decision.

What currency are results shown in?

By default, figures are shown in the local currency of the market you're researching (e.g., EUR for a market in Spain, USD for New York).

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Every Market Analysis or Competitor Lens search costs a set number of credits, and your credit balance is shown in the app before you run it. Credits are only deducted after a search successfully completes - if you don't have enough, we block the request before it ever checks third-party data or makes an LLM call, so nothing is charged.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You'll be prompted to top up with a credit pack or upgrade your plan. A blocked, partial, or failed request never costs you credits.

What's the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?

A subscription gives you a recurring credit allotment each billing cycle. A credit pack (Small, Medium, or Large) is a one-time top-up if you run low before your next renewal.

Do unused credits expire?

Yes - credits don't roll over indefinitely. They expire once your current subscription period or credit pack is superseded by your next renewal or purchase, at which point your balance resets to the new allotment.

No one else can see your data - your profile, search history, and requests are protected by database-level access rules (Row Level Security) that restrict them to your account only.

Why is my search stuck on "pending" or "processing"?

Accepted Answer

If a request to our data provider or the AI summary step doesn't succeed right away, the system automatically retries (up to 3 times) before giving up - so a search can briefly sit in "pending" during a retry. If it's been stuck for more than a few minutes, refresh the page, or contact support.

Why did my search fail?

Accepted Answer

Usually a temporary issue reaching our data provider or the AI model. If a search fails outright, you are not charged credits for it - try again, and reach out to support@airquerai.com if it keeps happening.

My result came back instantly - was I still charged the normal credit cost?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If someone recently searched the same market or listing, we may serve a cached result to get you an answer faster - but the credit cost is the same either way.
